Problem: A clinical relationship-testing lab needed to manage specimens from collection through analysis and reporting, under strict accreditation and health-data privacy rules.
Built: A full laboratory management system with internal lab workflows, a consumer self-service portal, and a partner portal, with an isolated vault that keeps the most sensitive personal data separate from the rest.
Outcome: A production system running under clinical-lab accreditation, health-data privacy, and electronic-records-and-signatures requirements, with a complete audit trail.

One cloud platform for permits and inspections across counties

Problem: County health departments managed permits and inspections for food service, pools, campgrounds, and more on isolated legacy systems.
Built: A multi-tenant cloud platform that consolidates the programs, gives each county its own isolated database, supports per-county forms and rules, and offers citizens self-service permit status.
Outcome: Designed to onboard counties one at a time, with strict tenant data isolation and an append-only audit log, built to public-records and security standards.

One control panel instead of a stack of disconnected tools

Problem: Integration engineers needed several separate tools just to debug a single B2B data mapping between trading partners and ERP systems.
Built: A unified desktop control panel that brings document tracing, mapping, database queries, and an AI co-analyst into one window.
Outcome: Integration staff work without constant tool-switching, which cuts the time it takes to trace and fix a mapping.

Reading messy RFQs into a structured quoting workbook

Problem: A parts manufacturer received requests for quote in many different formats and rebuilt each quote by hand, slowly and inconsistently.
Built: A pipeline that reads incoming drawings and spreadsheets, extracts part specs with OCR and vision models, applies the shop's own derivation rules, and produces a structured quoting workbook. The OCR runs locally, so source documents stay on the customer's own infrastructure.
Outcome: Most of the manual data entry for a quote is now automated, with the remaining fields flagged for a person to confirm.

Road Coach: skill-based lesson routes from real road data

Problem: Driving instructors planned lessons by hand and could not easily tailor routes to a specific student's skill level.
Built: A mobile app and cloud backend that generates skill-based lesson routes from real road-network data, sequenced for teaching with a warm-up, a target skill, and a cool-down.
Outcome: Built as a staged mobile and cloud release rather than a superficial four-week MVP, because maps, routing, tracking, and offline behaviour need to be proven carefully.

Building EDI maps from sample files instead of by hand

Problem: Building the field-level maps between a trading partner's EDI and a receiving system is slow, manual work, often weeks per partner.
Built: Paired source and target files are fed in, and the tool discovers the field-level transformations on its own across formats such as X12 and EDIFACT, scoring each candidate and flagging the low-confidence ones for review.
Outcome: New partners onboard faster with far less hand-mapping, and specialists review proposed maps instead of building each one from scratch.

Customer-side visibility without VPN or remote sessions

Problem: A support team needed visibility into customer desktop state without VPN or remote-desktop sessions.
Built: A lightweight, self-updating Windows service that carries its own runtime, captures context, and reports it securely to a cloud server.
Outcome: Reproducible customer issues become visible to support quickly, with a zero-touch install and no runtime prerequisites on the customer machine.
